stow Group, a leading supplier of storage solutions in Belgium, is seeking a Project Manager to run on-site a wide spectrum of complex projects from A to Z, in line with stow methodology.

You will act as SPOC, manage planning, mobilize resources, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery while adhering to QSHE standards.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a Master’s in engineering with 5–10 years of experience, and fluency in multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, French and/or German.
• Willingness to travel abroad, approximately 50% per week.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SPOC for assigned projects, coordinating with client, subcontractors and the stow team.
• Develop detailed project plans and mobilize equipment and resources for on-site execution.
• Travel to sites ~50% and monitor progress and quality, ensuring QSHE compliance.
• Manage contract variations and communicate/ negotiate with the client.
• Monitor budgets, invoices and identify opportunities to enhance project revenue.
