Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Management Assistant to support the Industrial Air Division Management Team across Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Sourcing and Operations. You will coordinate agendas, organize meetings, and help drive divisional year planning while liaising with colleagues globally.

You will be fluent in Dutch and English, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication.
• Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agendas, meetings, and priorities for IAT Management Team.
• Organize business trips with smooth logistics.
• Manage correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate invoicing, spending, and Visa reconciliations.
• Support divisional year planning and milestone tracking.
• Assist with management meetings, seminars and events.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Backup for the IAT President’s Management Assistant as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Sourcing and Operations.
