Azelis is seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure an optimal logistics service for Principals and Customers. You will process purchase orders in our ERP, coordinate with planning and logistics teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong supply chain knowledge, fluent Dutch and English, and the ability to work under pressure with autonomy and IT/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain and imports.
• Goal-driven with high service level standards.
• Team player with strong communication skills; Dutch native and good English.
• Excellent organisational skills and autonomy; advanced IT tools and ERP knowledge.
• Understanding of supplier, customer and market dynamics.
• Adaptive and flexible under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase orders and sales orders to principals and customers; ensure correct delivery.
• Coordinate with planning, commercial and logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate deviations (price, quantities, dates) to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure orders flow through ERP and are accurately updated; manage backorders and invoicing.
