Jobat is seeking an experienced professional to ensure continuity in the import team from the Willebroek distribution center, managing dossiers end-to-end and coordinating international sea freight shipments. You will work independently with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders, while ensuring documentation accuracy and on-time deliveries.

The role requires proactive problem solving, keen eye for deadlines and cost control, and efficient administrative reporting within the used systems.

Qualifications

• Experience handling import dossiers from start to finish.
• Strong coordination with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Ability to monitor delivery dates and document accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Full end-to-end management of import dossiers.
• Monitoring international sea freight shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, forwarders and transporters.
• Check and process import documentation.
• Active follow-up of deliveries, transit and arrival dates.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor deadlines, quality and costs.
• Administrative processing and reporting in the systems used.
