Job summary

Swift Graduate Programme offers a unique entry path at the intersection of finance and technology. You will join graduates from around the world to tackle real business challenges and learn from experienced professionals in a fast-changing industry.

Based at our global headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium, the 18-month programme consists of three 6-month rotations, with in-person onboarding and structured coaching, mentorship, and feedback throughout your journey.
