Trasis is seeking a General Counsel to protect the group, accelerate growth, and manage contractual, regulatory, and reputational risk across all jurisdictions. The role defines strategy, oversees KPIs, and advises management on complex matters.

You will lead legal and compliance activities, negotiate major contracts, manage disputes with external counsel, and guide corporate governance, M&A, and IP strategy while supporting international expansion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years in a similar General Counsel role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, or related field.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property (IP) issues.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Define your department’s strategy and objectives in alignment with the group’s strategy and ensure their implementation across all entities.
• Manage department performance using KPIs, reporting and necessary actions.
• Provide legal guidance to management on complex issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for legal and compliance matters across departments.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and draft opinions, procedures, and recommendations.
