Manuport Logistics (MPL) in Antwerp is seeking a proactive forwarder to manage the full journey from booking to billing. You will handle import/export documentation, ensure on-time shipments, and maintain close communication with customers while upholding accuracy and accountability.

We value autonomy, integrity, and a proactive mindset. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with openness to learn more languages.

Qualifications

• Experience in forwarding (import & export) and knowledge of transport regulations.
• Proficient in forwarding documents handling.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the full journey: orders, transport, documentation, and follow-up of import/export files.
• Keep shipments moving and inform customers from first booking to final billing.
• Balance the big picture with precision and purpose; take ownership and go beyond expectations.
