Manuport Logistics (MPL) Antwerp is seeking a Team Leader for our Minerals unit to guide a forwarder team in daily operations and client service.

You will be a hands-on people manager, set clear expectations, coach growth, and collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to push the team beyond expectations in a dynamic, international environment.

Fluent Dutch and English, maritime forwarding experience, and a passion for building strong teams are key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in forwarding (import & export).
• Experience as a team lead in the maritime sector is a big plus.
• Able to build and motivate a team toward common goals.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.
• Strong problem solving, integrity and positive attitude.
• Digital forwarder mindset; speaks up and embraces new tech.
