Koda Tech in Brussels is seeking a Freelance Programme Manager to lead the integration of acquisitions and partnerships within a global expansion programme. You will work with senior leadership to shape the integration roadmap and ensure delivery across scope, budget and timelines.

The role requires experience managing complex transformation programmes, strong governance and executive communication, and hands-on use of Jira and MS Project. Hybrid work in Brussels is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Programme Management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
• Experience managing acquisitions, integrations, partnerships or complex organisational change.
• Strong governance, stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean and Prince2 methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial and operational data.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategic integration roadmaps.
• Lead complex transformation programmes from initiation through delivery.
• Manage programme governance, reporting and steering committees.
• Oversee business requirements, customer journeys and key programme deliverables.
• Identify and manage dependencies across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, compliance, risk and operational teams.
• Monitor programme performance, risks and mitigation plans.
• Drive successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
