Digital Talent Hunters in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to lead a growing MCF hub within a multinational context. You will join the Plant Engineering team and coordinate data center projects for national and international clients alongside colleagues across Belgium and international offices.

You will manage scope, planning, budgets and contracts, prepare schedules, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project objectives while liaising with engineers, consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or a closely related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering or construction projects.
• Experience in data centers, industry or complex built environments is advantageous.
• Proven experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage scope, planning, project budget and contract documentation.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate activities within multidisciplinary project teams and with international teams.
• Act as a connecting link within the Belgian MCF hub and between international teams.
• Monitor quality, progress and risks across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design and engineering activities with clients and external parties.
• Maintain contact with clients and ensure smooth transition from design to implementation.
