Digital Talent Hunters is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to join its Belgian MCF hub. You will manage scope, planning, budgets, and contract documentation, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Belgium and international offices to deliver data center projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering or construction projects.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage scope, planning, project budget and contract documentation.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate activities within multidisciplinary project teams for efficient collaboration.
• Coordinate Belgian and international project teams and act as a linking hub.
• Monitor quality, progress and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design and engineering with internal teams, clients and external parties.
• Guide design decisions and changes to align with project objectives.
• Maintain active contact with clients as the main project contact point.
• Support execution phase and ensure smooth transition from design to implementation.
• Identify opportunities and risks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Communicate clearly about status, planning, budget and issues.
