Unilin is seeking a Group Compliance Officer to join the Group Legal department in Wielsbeke. You will lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of the company’s compliance program across manufacturing sites worldwide.

You will coordinate with operations, procurement, supply chain, HR and finance to ensure adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies, while promoting an ethical culture and risk mitigation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master degree (Law or Economics) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, internal audit or governance.
• Industrial/manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch and English; French/German helpful.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and continuously improve the company-wide compliance program.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and controls.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and report to management on topics.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate mitigation actions.
• Maintain compliance registers, risk maps and action plans.
• Coordinate with external advisors when needed.
