Job summary

IQVIA in Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, global clinical trials focused on renal, obesity, and/or MASH, partnering directly with sponsors and cross-functional teams to accelerate development of life-changing therapies.

You will oversee start-up through close-out, ensuring timelines, budgets, regulatory compliance and customer objectives are met, while guiding cross-regional teams and driving operational excellence across study delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global or multi-regional trials.
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH global studies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global and multi-regional clinical studies from start-up to close-out.
• Serve as primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across regions.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and delivery to ensure success.
• Drive proactive risk management and issue resolution throughout the study lifecycle.
