Syngenia SA is seeking a Fluid-Dynamic and Thermal Simulation Expert to lead advanced simulations for optimized product development. You will collaborate with global teams to define strategies and refine models using cutting-edge physics and machine learning.

You will mentor colleagues, stay abreast of the latest advances in fluid dynamics and thermal analysis, and translate innovations into actionable roadmaps while integrating simulations into the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Master or MSc; PhD or research experience in fluid dynamics/thermal simulations advantageous.
6+ years with CFD and thermal simulation tools and modeling complex phenomena.
Programming and developing simulation codes or algorithms.
Experience applying machine learning to fluid/thermal analysis.
Experience with flow and thermal measurement methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Lead advanced fluid-dynamic and thermal simulations to optimize product development.
Collaborate with global product teams to define simulation strategies.
Develop and refine simulation models using latest physics and ML techniques.
Ensure simulation methodologies are integrated into the product lifecycle.
Stay current with state-of-the-art in fluid dynamics, thermal analysis, ML.
Translate innovations into development roadmaps and execute.
Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge.
Communicate capabilities and limitations to stakeholders worldwide.
