Eastpak is seeking a dynamic Brand & Campaign Manager (Global) to join our Marketing team in Antwerp, Belgium. You will lead end-to-end inline and collaboration campaigns, shaping the brand narrative and ensuring cohesive Go-To-Market execution across channels.

You will manage the seasonal brand marketing calendar and collaborate with Creative, Product, Digital and Local Marketing teams to drive awareness, engagement and sell-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, retail, digital or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, campaign marketing or similar role in lifestyle/consumer goods.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and strategic-thinking skills.
• Experience in marketing communications and campaign development/execution.
• Deep understanding of evolving marketing landscape and project management.
• Passion for lifestyle, fashion and entertainment industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels, managing agencies and cross-functional teams, and own the seasonal brand marketing calendar.
• Plan, monitor and manage project budgets with regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee creation, localisation, management and deployment of assets across digital, retail, wholesale and social channels; maintain campaign toolkits and guidelines.
• Lead a high-performing team including a Graphic Designer and Creative Content Coordinator with clear direction and development.
