UCB is seeking a Global Access Strategy Head based in Brussels or Slough to lead global access, pricing, payer evidence and healthcare policy strategies across asset lifecycles. You will shape payer insights into business decisions, collaborate with global and regional teams, and drive value narratives for patients and healthcare systems.

The role demands an advanced degree in a life sciences-related field, strong experience in pricing and market access, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Economics or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing Global Pricing, Reimbursement or Market Access strategies in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of international healthcare systems, payer environments and health technology assessment processes.
• Experience working with the U.S. healthcare and payer landscape, including pricing, reimbursement and market access dynamics, with the ability to integrate these insights into global asset strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, supported by excellent communication skills.
• Experience translating evidence and insights into actionable business strategies across global markets.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead Global Access, Pricing, Payer Evidence and Healthcare Policy strategies for the asset across development and launch phases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Payer perspectives into asset strategy, evidence generation and life-cycle planning.
• Lead and coordinate a Global Payer Community, aligning priorities, objectives and strategic deliverables.
• Oversee payer research, market insights and health technology assessment activities to support informed decision-making.
• Drive development of pricing strategies, value narratives, health economic evidence and global value dossiers.
• Support launch readiness by translating global payer strategies into actionable guidance for regional and local teams.
