Group Induver is seeking a GL Accountant & Finance Business Partner to manage accounting across Walloon and Brussels offices. You will oversee the complete closing process for multiple entities and contribute to controlling, budgeting, and performance analysis, aided by AI-driven finance tools.

We value accuracy, proactive process improvement, and the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial colleagues. Fluency in French is a must, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in accounting, finance or related field.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and closing processes.
• Payroll accounting and reconciliations experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions across multiple entities.
• Oversee month-end close from A to Z and support year-end and audits.
• Refine AI flows for supplier invoices and maintain cash management with bank ledgers.
• Provide financial guidance to regional offices and monitor costs against budget.
