You will handle German-language inquiries via phone, chat and email, helping customers with product information, orders, and returns. This role is onsite with rotating shifts and full training.

Relocation support is provided, including flight, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate help. English fluency is required (B2+).

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level German.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.

Responsabilités
