WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries across multiple markets, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

You will need fluent German, C1 English, and strong customer service skills. Accommodation support is provided, and a Welcome Bonus with 14 salaries per year is included, with no flight ticket provided.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
