WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role offers 24/7 rotational shifts with two days off per week, accommodation support in a shared residence, a Welcome Bonus of €1,500 paid in 12 monthly installments, and a food allowance.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
