Job summary

Degroof Petercam in Belgium seeks a data analytics‑driven professional to join a team of Fund Managers overseeing multi‑asset funds totaling over €12bn AUM. You will build tools for company analysis, streamline decision making and improve execution tracking.

The role emphasizes automation, ESG reporting and contributing to portfolio construction discussions with analysts, fund managers and Private Bankers. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Civil Engineering or Software Science.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Strong data analytics with Python, Excel, VBA and Power BI.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Interested in financial markets with knowledge of instruments.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team.

Responsibilities

• Investment support: developing tools for company analysis and decision-making.
• Automation & reporting: automating office tasks and expanding reporting solutions.
• ESG integration: assisting in ESG reports creation and completion.
• Report to Head of BDP Fund Management and participate in portfolio construction discussions.
• Interact with investment analysts, fund managers and Private Bankers.
