3P is seeking a Functional Tester to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software across devices and browsers. You will define acceptance criteria, prepare test cases, and collaborate with Product Owner to set priorities while contributing to QA process improvements.

Requirements include a degree or relevant experience, strong testing knowledge, and proficiency with Cypress/Playwright, JIRA/Confluence, and Xray. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus knowledge of French, are desired.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or solid initial experience in software testing; ISTQB knowledge or certification is a plus
• Experience with functional testing and knowledge of non‑functional testing, test automation, software defects, and tracking inconsistencies
• Strong attention to detail, a perfectionist mindset, and a structured way of working
• Ability to work with documentation to define test scenarios and create clear, structured reports for colleagues
• A proactive mindset with the ability to set priorities while keeping the bigger picture in mind (even under time pressure)
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with clients
• Experience with automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright is a plus, as well as familiarity with the Atlassian stack (JIRA/Confluence) and test management tools like Xray
• Fluency in Dutch (Native), very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of French (reading and understanding)
• Bonus: experience in working in an Agile environment

• Estimate, prioritize, and plan quality testing activities
