Imendos is seeking a Functional Consultant who sits at the intersection of business analysis, process design and platform enablement. You will work with client teams to model and improve processes, and help adopt governance models that make change stick.

You bring BPM and enterprise architecture expertise, translate it into tangible deliverables, configure ARIS or Alfabet, and contribute to methods. Fluent in English and/or French, with a Belgian work permit, and a strong curiosity about

As a Functional Consultant, you sit at the intersection of business analysis, process design and platform enablement. You work directly with client teams to understand how their organization operates, model and improve their processes and architectures, and help them adopt the tools and governance models that make change stick. You are not a generalist — you bring domain expertise in BPM and/or enterprise architecture, and you know how to translate that expertise into tangible, trusted deliverables.

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
