delaware BeLux is seeking a seasoned functional enterprise architect to shape enterprise architectures for B2B environments within our Digital Workplace team. You will challenge requirements, translate business needs into actionable specifications, and align IT, business, and C-level stakeholders.

In this role, you will analyze AI fit, lead workshops, manage backlogs, and drive decisions about where AI adds value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis, business architecture, or enterprise architecture within B2B contexts.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, business, and C-level).
• Ability to think in systems, not features.
• Strong communication skills.
• Background in Digital Workplace is a plus.
• Exposure to AI or automation projects.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• Conduct workshops to understand the real problem before anyone starts building.
• Challenge requirements: when a client asks for X, determine whether X is actually what they need.

• Facilitate alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and C-level decision makers.
• Identify where AI adds value and where it does not (saying "no" is part of the job).

About the Company

The Digital Workplace team at delaware is looking for a functional enterprise architect who sees the bigger picture. Someone who does not just take requirements, but challenges them. You will be the strategic counterweight to our technical lead: if they ask "can we build it?", you ask "should we build it?" and "does it fit?"

We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Microsoft Copilot, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Platform, and increasingly: custom AI agents and intelligent automation.
