onetowin data services is seeking a Functional Analyst / Scriptura System Engineer to bridge business analysis with technical application ownership. You will ensure the stability, performance and evolution of the Design & Compose platform and its reporting solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, own platform configurations, troubleshoot issues and manage deployments.

Qualifications

Experience as Functional Analyst and related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL, APIs and integration technologies.
Experience with CCM/reporting platforms or Design & Compose solutions is a strong asset.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods.

Responsabilités

Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs and user stories.
Own and support the Scriptura (Design & Compose) platform and related reporting processes.
Troubleshoot incidents, production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Manage application configurations, deployments, upgrades and release activities.
Analyse and optimize document generation flows, data integrations and publishing processes.
Work with XML, XSLT, SQL, APIs and system integrations.
Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
Monitor platform stability, security, capacity and operational risks.
Contribute to Agile delivery, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
