Skillfinder International is seeking a Functional Analyst / Scriptura specialist to own the Scriptura (Design & Compose) platform for Asset Management reporting. The role bridges business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams, with 50% onsite work in Brussels/Leuven and a 2-year contract from 10/01/2026 to 12/31/2027.

You will gather requirements, own the platform, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements across XML, REST APIs and document generation within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Asset Management business knowledge.
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• APIs / API Gateway experience.
• REST API experience.
• XML experience.
• Experience with Scriptura / Design & Compose, XSLT, SQL, document generation or reporting platforms.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs and user stories.
• Own and support the Scriptura platform and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot incidents, production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage configurations, deployments, upgrades and releases.
• Optimize document generation, integrations and publishing processes.
• Work with XML, XSLT, SQL, APIs and system integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
• Support platform stability, security, capacity and operational risk.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, testing and continuous improvement.

Functional Analyst / Scriptura – Asset Management, APIs & XML

Contract | Rate: TBC | 50% onsite | Brussels / Leuven | 10/01/2026 to 12/31/2027

We’re looking for a Functional Analyst / Scriptura specialist with strong Asset Management, XML, REST API and API Gateway experience to take ownership of a business-critical Design & Compose reporting platform.

You’ll combine functional analysis with technical application ownership, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs and user stories
• Own and support the Scriptura (Design & Compose) platform and reporting processes
• Troubleshoot incidents, production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Manage configurations, deployments, upgrades and releases
• Optimise document generation, integrations and publishing processes
• Work with XML, XSLT, SQL, APIs and system integrations
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders
