• Model formality behaviour against standard contracts, shared base types and state machines.
• Elicit, analyse and structure functional requirements for notarial formalities.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, story maps and functional domain contracts.
• Define and manage OpenAPI / AsyncAPI specifications.
• Document data flows, edge cases and compliance-relevant behaviour.
• Validate requirements with business experts.
• Communicate domain concepts clearly to technical teams.
• Refine the backlog and support developers and testers.
• Clarify acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality.

A. Context / Project Background

We are looking for a Medior Functional Analyst to translate complex, regulated business processes into clear, structured and implementable functional specifications for software development teams. The role acts as a bridge between business requirements, regulatory constraints and technical implementation, with strong focus on domain modelling, specification quality, APIs, data and Agile delivery.

B. Main Responsibilities

• Model formality behaviour against standard contracts, shared base types and state machines.
