Alan is hiring Software Engineers to build and scale our prevention and care platform. You will work on mission-critical systems powering growth and renewals, from the employee affiliation engine to payroll integration and billing tooling.

You will ship solutions across multiple countries with a focus on reliability and simplicity. We seek engineers of all levels, comfortable with backend and full-stack work, and passionate about turning complex insurance and payroll processes into elegant,

Qualifications

• Backend and full-stack experience.
• Proficient in Python/Flask, React, or React Native.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience with scalable systems.

Responsabilités

• Engineer our employee affiliation engine to process lifecycle events daily.
• Simplify payroll and billing by building HR tools.
• Build seamless integrations with platforms like Payfit and Workday.
• Automate workflows at scale for multiple countries.
• Make billing and invoices reliable and user-friendly.
• Collaborate across product, design, and ops to deliver unified experiences.
