Alan is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and scale our employee affiliation engine, simplifying payroll and billing while crafting tools HR teams will love. You will create seamless integrations with Payfit and Workday to ensure systems work together smoothly.

You’ll automate workflows at scale for companies across multiple countries, and help make billing and invoices accurate and easy to manage. You will collaborate across product, design, and operations to deliver a unified

Qualifications

• Software engineers at all experience levels; backend and full-stack experience a plus.
• Comfortable with complex business logic, including insurance and payroll.
• Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
• Experience building scalable systems handling real-world complexity.
• Proficient in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and modern web tech (JavaScript).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.

• B2B experience is a plus.
