TiTANS Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Development Service professional to migrate an in-house platform to SitecoreAI and maintain it. You will collaborate with architects, DevOps and IT Security to implement secure coding practices and improve performance.

Requirements include 1+ year of Python/FastAPI, 2+ years React and NodeJS experience, and knowledge of TypeScript. Telework is available under the organization's policy, with Belgian work eligibility criteria as applicable.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English plus French or Dutch is required for communication.
• 1+ years of backend experience with Python and FastAPI.
• 2+ years frontend experience with React; NextJS is a plus.
• 2+ years backend with NodeJS (NestJS a strong plus).
• 1+ year experience with Node.JS headless CMS using TypeScript is beneficial.
• Experience deploying services in the Cloud and setting up pipelines.
• Experience with SitecoreAI is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular code reviews focusing on performance, scalability and security.
• Optimize platform performance via caching, DB tuning and CDN/WAF improvements.
• Strengthen observability with improved monitoring and logging.
• Participate in SLA/OLA, incident and change management processes.
• Document all technical and security changes per governance and audit requirements.
• Support the project team during migration to SitecoreAI.

As part of the organization, a European transmission system operator, the Belgian and German entities ensure the reliability and sustainability of the electricity supply in both countries. Side-by-side with other Contingent Workers and internal staff, you will play a part in building a sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure that stimulates economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.

The Digital Workplace – Communication domain within the organization delivers tools and platforms that enable seamless internal and external communication. This includes corporate websites and employee-facing portals serving various departments across the organization.

As a Full Stack Development Service, you will work on an in-house platform displaying some projects of the organization. This platform will need to be migrated to a new Content Management System, and also support and maintain the platform. You will collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and IT Security teams to implement secure coding practices, improve platform performance, and ensure full compliance with the organization’s security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migration of an existing platform to SitecoreAI
• Conduct regular code reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Optimize platform performance through caching, database tuning, and CDN/WAF improvements.
• Strengthen observability by enhancing monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Monitor or similar application).
• Participate in the definition and adoption of SLA/OLA, incident, and change management processes.
• Document all technical and security changes following the organization’s governance and audit requirements.
• Support the project team, currently working on a migration to SitecoreAI.

Requirements:

• You are able to speak, read and write fluently English and French or Dutch. Strong documentation and communication in English.
• 1+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python together with FastAPI.
• 2+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React (experience working with NextJS is beneficial).
• 2+ years of Experience developing backend services using NodeJS (NestJS is a strong plus)
• 1+ year of experience with Node.JS headless CMS (TypeScript is a strong plus)
• Experience with deploying services in the Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps and setting up of pipelines
• Experience working with SitecoreAI is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
