LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Belgium is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong QA coaching skills to join our collaborative engineering team in Ghent. You will build software while improving testing practices across the team.

You will work with developers, product managers and designers to ensure high-quality releases, establish lightweight QA standards, and promote ownership and continuous improvement within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Coach developers on testing techniques and quality-focused practices.
• Review code and tests to improve coverage and quality.
• Promote lightweight QA standards and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Understand and navigate full-stack architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, databases).
• Review code via pull requests to assess quality and coverage.
• Design, write, and maintain test plans and cases.
• Establish testing standards and QA practices across the lifecycle.
• Coach developers and collaborate with PMs and designers on acceptance criteria.
