Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design of large-scale managed service solutions for our BFSI clients. This role blends domain expertise with strategic direction to shape transformation roadmaps and ensure alignment with KPIs and SLAs.

The incumbent will drive presales, collaborate with sales, and translate business outcomes into technology investments across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and AI. Hybrid working in Belgium with global collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/Engineering or related field.
TOGAF certification strongly preferred.
Expert knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, SOA).
Experience with IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
Scaled Agile certification is advantageous.
Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) valued.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of large and complex managed service solutions by driving teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.
Act as BFSI industry architecture lead, developing sector-specific transformation roadmaps.
Work with the sales team to drive presales, workshops, and client presentations.
Translate clients' business strategy into technology and transformation roadmaps.
Lead complex solution design engagements across multiple domains and geographies.
Engage with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs and executives on regulatory, cybersecurity, data, and AI topics.
Develop business cases and end-to-end roadmaps to optimize IT operations.
