You will own the full development lifecycle—from architecture and API design to cloud deployment, security, and DevOps (Docker/Kubernetes on AWS/Azure)—leading cross-functional teams in a multilingual, international IT environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (EQF 7) with 15+ years IT experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (EQF 6) with 17+ years IT experience.
• Secondary Education + 22+ years IT experience.
• Mandatory Certifications: Java Programmer Certification.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Build and optimize front-end (Angular/TypeScript) and back-end (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js) systems.
• Architecture & APIs: Design scalable software architectures, data models, and RESTful APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Security & Quality: Enforce security best practices, access controls (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and clean code standards.
• DevOps & Cloud: Automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git), manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deploy on AWS/Azure.
• Team Leadership: Align front-end and back-end teams, write technical documentation, and drive continuous integration.

Are you a seasoned IT Lead who bridges the gap between complex back-end architecture and modern front-end interfaces? We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer to shape, build, and secure enterprise-grade solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the full development lifecycle—from high-level system architecture and API design to hands-on coding, cloud deployment, and security implementation in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
