Job summary

Actiris in Belgium seeks an AI Engineer to research, design, and build AI solutions and capabilities that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of services. You operate at the intersection of business, data, software engineering, and AI, delivering end-to-end AI services with secure, explainable performance.

You will oversee the stability, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models in production while contributing to architectural decisions and reusable components within the AI Lab.

As an AI Engineer, you play a key role in researching, designing, and building AI solutions and capabilities that enhance the efficiency, quality, and scalability of the services.
You operate at the intersection of business, data, software engineering, and AI. You build end-to-end AI solutions-ranging from data ingestion and model development to tangible applications that enable our clients to accelerate support for the business. Once a solution proves successful and the business is ready, our clients hand it over to IT for full integration, shifting their roles to a purely advisory one. You build AI services that are secure, explainable, and high-performing, while also overseeing the stability, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models in production. You actively contribute to decisions regarding architecture, reusable components, and best practices within the AI ??Lab.
