Auxipress Sa is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for a 6-month mission focused on building a B2B acquisition engine in the French market. The role involves turning brand assets into growth levers, working closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads and support new client acquisition.

You will develop targeted campaigns, create high-value content, manage email marketing, and leverage CRM and data to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Growth Marketing or B2B Marketing in SaaS/Tech environment.
• Ability to design and execute targeted acquisition campaigns in the French market.
• Strong writing and content creation skills for thought leadership formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop B2B lead generation in the French market by designing and rolling out targeted acquisition campaigns aligned with Sales priorities.
• Turn our expertise into high-value content: white papers, studies, analyses, expert articles, newsletters, webinars, client case studies or other formats.
• Enrich, structure and segment our database of prospects, clients and former clients to improve data quality and targeting.
• Design and deploy email marketing, nurturing and reactivation campaigns to engage audiences and move prospects toward opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales to incorporate field feedback, prospect needs and priorities into marketing strategy.
• Measure and optimise actions, tracking lead quality and conversion into opportunities and marketing contribution to the sales pipeline.
