Job summary

TMC Sweden is seeking an FPGA engineer to contribute hands-on to development using Xilinx FPGAs and VHDL. The role involves building and verifying FPGA solutions while supporting integration with embedded software and CPUs.

You will develop simulation environments, testbenches, and high-speed interfaces, collaborating with colleagues to improve methodologies, tools and processes across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in FPGA design and verification.
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital interfaces.
• Ability to work with embedded software components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and verify FPGA solutions using Xilinx FPGAs and VHDL.
• Develop and maintain simulation environments and testbenches.
• Work on high-speed digital interfaces and systems.
• Collaborate on FPGA designs that integrate with hard CPUs and embedded software components.
• Contribute to low-level software development, including C programming, Linux kernel development and device drivers.
• Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and help improve development methodologies, tools and processes.
