EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a high-growth environment in Belgium. You will own hands-on product development across embedded software, electronics, and system architecture, integrating hardware, firmware, and software into reliable end-to-end products with deployment and production readiness.

You will shape technical priorities and the product roadmap, working closely with the founders and customers to build the engineering capabilities needed to scale.

Formación

• Experience in embedded software development.
• Knowledge of electronics and hardware integration.
• Understanding of system architecture and end-to-end product design.

Responsabilidades

• Own hands-on product development across embedded software, electronics, and system architecture.
• Integrate hardware, firmware, and software into end-to-end products; lead debugging and production readiness.

Tasks

• You will own hands‑on product development across embedded software, electronics, connected devices, and system architecture.
• You will integrate hardware, firmware, and software into reliable end‑to‑end products, leading debugging, testing, production readiness, and deployment.
• You will shape technical priorities and the product roadmap, work closely with founders and customers, and build the engineering capabilities needed to scale.

• You have a high‑agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end‑to‑end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
