iBanFirst is launching a new entrepreneurial initiative at the intersection of finance, technology and AI. The Founder's Associate will work closely with the Founder & CEO to turn vision into a structured, scalable business, contributing to strategy, market exploration, and early operations.

Based in London, with Paris or Brussels also considered, the role offers high autonomy and impact. You will gain exposure to strategy, finance, technology and governance while helping to test assumptions,

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Structured, analytical thinking to break down problems.
• Strong execution skills from idea to concrete plan.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Refine the venture's vision, positioning and priorities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and discovery.
• Assess opportunities, customer needs and business models.
• Translate ideas into actionable plans with milestones.
• Prepare business cases and financial analyses.
• Coordinate workstreams from concept to execution.
• Support early client and partner conversations.
• Design operating models and processes.
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflows implementation.
