Synergie Beveren is seeking a Formulator to work with a dynamic production team to deliver high-quality results from start to finish. You will formulate, fill, and package high-purity chemicals while ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities include documenting quality verifications, organizing production activities, and performing first-line maintenance on formulation equipment. After each batch, SAP records are updated to keep inventories accurate.

Qualifications

• Formulator responsible for formulation, filling and packaging of high-purity chemicals.
• Perform and document quality verifications.
• Organize production activities in line with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Carry out first-line maintenance on formulation equipment.
• Set up SAP records after finalizing each batch to maintain accurate inventory.

Description du poste

Als formulator ga je nauw samenwerken met een uitgebreid dynamisch team van gedreven productie medewerkers die hoogwaardige resultaten nastreven. Samen met je collega's sta je in voor een performant productiegebeuren van A tot Z.

• Je staat in voor het formuleren, vullen en verpakken van hoogzuivere chemicaliën.
• Het uitvoeren en documenteren van kwaliteitsverificaties.
• De productie - activiteiten organiseren overeenkomstig met de veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriten.
• Het verzorgen van de eerste- lijnonderhoud aan het formulatieapparatuur.
• Je zet de SAP administratie op na finalisering van elke productiebatch om de inventaris van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten correct te houden.
