Job summary

MPL is seeking a Team Leader Food to guide a team of forwarders in daily operations, solving challenges and supporting the team while maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with the Business Unit Manager to drive results and growth.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of forwarders through daily operations.
• Be a hands-on people manager with clear expectations and strong support.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with the Business Unit Manager.
