FinOps Weekly is seeking an IT FinOps Specialist to strengthen a mature FinOps practice within a global Azure environment. You will improve visibility, governance and cost reporting while partnering with engineering and finance teams to turn spend data into actionable decisions.

The role offers a hybrid work setup with three days onsite per week and opportunities for certifications in an international context.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinOps or cloud cost management.
• Strong stakeholder skills across engineering, finance, and business teams.
• Able to turn spend data into clear actions and follow-up.
• Comfortable in a structured, service-oriented environment.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Azure, especially cost, usage and governance.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of KQL, Python or similar is a plus.
• Nice to have: FinOps Practitioner certification or Azure AZ-104/AZ-305.
