Wise, a global technology company, is looking for an Internal Audit Senior Manager (FinCrime) to join the Brussels-based EU IA team. You will coordinator the financial crime internal audit process across Wise and external partners, plan and supervise audit activities and deliver risk-based audit engagements with data-driven techniques.

You will develop audit plans, improve governance and internal controls, and collaborate with stakeholders regionally and globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in assurance, risk or control roles.
• Experience in technology, fintech or broader financial services industries.
• Strong understanding of EU AML directives, FATF and Wolfsberg Guidance.
• Professional qualification: CAMS, CFE, ICA or CIA.
• Experience with data analytics in audit or assurance contexts.
