Limelight Health is seeking an Internal Audit Manager (FinCrime) to join our expanding EU Internal Audit team in Brussels. This role focuses on conducting internal audits related to financial crime, improving governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Key responsibilities include planning and supervising audits, validation testing, and supporting the development of the audit framework. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, along with relevant experience in risk or assurance roles, are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in assurance, risk or control roles.
• Experience leading teams to deliver high quality audits.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive risk based test plans.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of internal audit assurance framework.
• Deliver audits as per audit plan for timely outcomes.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.

Connaissances

Proven experience in risk, control or assurance

Data analytics and technology in decision making

Knowledge of EU Money Laundering Directives

Strong coordination skills

Ability to work independently and solve problems

Financial crime risk management knowledge

Formation

Professional qualification: CAMS, CFE, ICA, or CIA
