La Lorraine Bakery Group is seeking an FP&A controller to support the controlling department with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. You will own FP&A processes, assist month-end closes, consolidate data, and drive data quality across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Business or Economics, 3–5 years in controlling/FP&A, and is fluent in Dutch and English. Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and interest in SAP and Power BI are a plus.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data for non-financial reporting (e.g., CSRD).
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy, and contribute to data collection improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
• Assist business controllers with intuitive reports, analyses, and conclusions.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analyses and projects.
• Assist with reporting systems and understand data structure and links.

As an FP&A controller, you support the controlling department in providing accuratefinancial information and insights by assistingwith budgeting, reporting (systems)andanalysis.This role provides broad exposure to finance across LLBG and opens the door to a variety of future career opportunitiesin a growing company.

Function

• You take ownership of the FP&A processes within the Controlling department:
  • You support month-end and year-end closing activities from an FP&A perspective.
  • You support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • You collect, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data for non-financial reporting(e.g. CSRD)
  • You take ownership of completeness and accuracy of data and are actively involved in improving data collection.
  • You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
• You support the business controllers with intuitive reports, clear analyses & conclusions and technical support.
• You contribute to ad hoc financial analyses and projects.
• You assist with reporting systems and as such you show a strong interest in understanding the data structure and links.

You’ll be reporting directly to the FP&A Manager alongside the current FP&A controllers in Ninove.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling and/or FP&A positions.
• You have a strong interest in data crunching, sustainability, streamlining processes and combine this with the ability to think high level and synthesize. You can work in an independent way and demonstrate a ‘can-do’ spirit, ownership and commitment.
• You work in a structured approach, think in milestones and deadlines, act accordingly and are able to work in a project-based approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch & English (both written and spoken)
• You have strong IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint), and a strong interest in reporting tools. Knowledge of SAP & Power BI is an advantage.
