FINVISORS in Belgium is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial activities for the Belgian and Luxembourg entities. You will combine financial controlling with business partnering and FP&A, translating financial data into clear insights for management.

You will support performance improvement, growth, profitability, and participate in international finance projects, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with management and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances vs budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management reporting.
• Support month, quarter and year-end closes.
• Build business cases and profitability analyses.
• Produce financial analyses and ad-hoc reports.
• Track financial and operational KPIs.
• Translate figures into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Act as financial business partner for multiple departments.
• Support sales and operational controlling.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and internal controls.
• Assist internal and external audits.
• Participate in local and international finance projects.
• Collaborate closely with management and other stakeholders.

Als Financial Controller volg je de financiële activiteiten van de Belgische en Luxemburgse organisatie op. Je combineert financial controlling met business partnering en FP&A en vertaalt financiële gegevens naar heldere inzichten voor het management. Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij het verbeteren van haar prestaties, groei en rendabiliteit. Daarnaast werk je mee aan operationele en commerciële analyses en internationale financeprojecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Financial Controller:

• Je stelt budgetten, forecasts en financiële plannen op.
• Je analyseert de financiële resultaten en verklaart afwijkingen tegenover budgetten en forecasts.
• Je bereidt de maandelijkse managementrapportering voor.
• Je ondersteunt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
• Je stelt businesscases en rendabiliteitsanalyses op.
• Je verzorgt financiële analyses en ad-hocrapporteringen.
• Je volgt financiële en operationele KPI’s op.
• Je vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen.
• Je treedt op als financiële businesspartner voor verschillende afdelingen.
• Je ondersteunt sales controlling en operational controlling.
• Je draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van financiële processen en interne controles.
• Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits.
• Je werkt mee aan lokale en internationale financeprojecten.
• Je werkt nauw samen met het management en andere interne stakeholders.
