Ciner Glass Belgium is seeking a Financial Controller to join the regional finance team. The role covers accounting, management reporting and driving a data‑driven culture to standardize monthly reporting and deliver actionable insights.

You will report to the head of the department in Lommel and contribute to an innovative, startup‑like production environment while supporting cross‑cultural collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with month-end closing processes and awareness of audit procedures.
• Manufacturing ERP experience (preferably SAP) and Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Hands-on mentality, strong communication, and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain effective control environment for financial information and operations.
• Lead budgeting and management reporting processes, including forecasts and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and assist in month-end close with accurate journals and accruals.
• Set up controls and KPIs in collaboration with the head of department, and support audits when required.
