Job Description

As a Financial Administrative Officer you will play a key role in the coordination and execution of operations linked to finance activities.

Qualifications
Your mission:
  • Managing invoices, billing, and cash flow
  • Tracking time records and verifying accuracy
  • Handling expense claims and supplier management
  • Coordinating external contractors
  • Supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Assisting in monthly closing and revenue recognition
Your profile:
  • Very accurate worker
  • A hands‑on and structured work approach
  • A proactive and customer‑oriented mindset
  • Likes to work with numbers
  • 2‑5 years of experience in an administrative or financial role
  • Strong Excel skills is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or French
