FINVISORS is seeking a detail-oriented finance administrator to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, process intercompany invoicing, and maintain customer and supplier records in the ERP system. You will chase outstanding payments and post bank statements while supporting cash flow reporting with Excel.

The role requires accuracy in data entry and the ability to assist the finance team with routine accounting tasks in a Belgian office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with AR/AP accounting processes.
• Familiarity with intercompany invoicing workflows.

Responsabilités

• Manage AR and AP accounts.
• Process intercompany invoicing for AR and AP.
• Create and maintain customer and supplier records in the ERP system.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in AR and AP.
• Post bank statements.
• Support internal reporting (cash flow, AR dashboards) using Excel.
• Perform various administrative and accounting tasks to support the finance team.

• Beheer van accounts receivable (AR) en accounts payable (AP).
• Verwerking van intercompany‑invoicing voor AR en AP.
• Aanmaken en onderhouden van klanten- en leveranciersdossiers in het ERP‑systeem.
• Opvolging van openstaande betalingen binnen AR en AP.
• Inboeken van bankafschriften.
• Ondersteunen van interne rapportering (cashflow, AR‑overzichten) met behulp van Excel.
• Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige taken ter ondersteuning van het finance‑team.
