PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager Finance & Performance in Advisory to lead finance transformation and performance improvement projects for multinational clients. You’ll design Target Operating Models, improve financial processes and optimise cash flow.

You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, develop client proposals, nurture relationships and deliver pragmatic, tailored solutions. The role offers flexible hybrid work, continuous learning and the PwC global network.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in large, international corporations.
• Consulting and/or audit exposure is a plus.
• Experience with finance transformation, OPModel design or related tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; French and/or Dutch desirable.

Responsabilités

• Advising and assisting clients in optimising their finance functions.
• Participating in performance improvement projects with tailor-made solutions.
• Designing and implementing Target Operating Models for CFO offices.
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams and owning key deliverables.
• Developing client proposals and managing relationships.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and expanding client engagement.
