PwC Belgium is seeking an experienced professional to lead debt advisory mandates within Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory. You will act as the primary client contact, structure financing solutions, and drive end-to-end deal execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will manage lender negotiations, deliver insightful client materials and mentor a growing team, contributing to innovative financing strategies across Belgium and beyond.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in debt advisory, corporate finance or financing transactions.
• Experience leading end-to-end deal execution and client interactions.
• Proven ability to structure financing solutions and advise on capital structures.
• Strong client-relations skills and a strategic mindset.
• Experience coaching teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modelling and data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead debt advisory mandates and act as primary client contact.
• Structure and manage financing transactions (acquisition, leveraged, refinancing).
• Provide strategic advice on capital structures and funding options.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution including lender negotiations and closing.
• Oversee client deliverables: information memoranda, models, presentations.
• Lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration and performance.
